The whole app: grayscale, warmth from amber to red, Peek, Sessions, Night Shift, and exceptions for any app. Every display on its own.
Below is a drawing of a Mac where you can try Less Pull, with a short guided tour. Everything in the drawing is made up: its apps, messages and notifications. The real download and the facts follow after it.

A small extension tells the app which website is in front, so a site or a single page can have its own light. It has no controls of its own and never reads the page; everything happens in Less Pull.

The same app, built for Macs with Intel chips too. Tested on a real one before it ships.
Less Pull for Linux, first on Omarchy. Tuned and tested until it feels as settled as the Mac app.

Less Pull isn't all I build. I make all kinds of things, some seemingly unrelated. If you're curious what I'm actually about, have a look at jiriarion.com.
Everything I needed to make Less Pull was given to me. So it is already paid for, and you can't buy it. If it makes your days a little quieter, you can pass it on and help fund what I make next.

No. Less Pull changes what the display shows, after the picture is made. Screenshots, screen recordings and screen sharing keep their normal colors.
No. No account, no analytics, no cloud. The addresses of the websites you visit are never stored. The only thing it sends anywhere is an optional daily check for a new version.
It makes no promises about sleep, eyes or health. It’s about what feels calmer to you.
Nothing, at home or at work. Support is welcome and never required.

Quit it from its menu first, so it can take back the warmth it added. Then move the app to the Trash.
